Refund And Cancellation Policy

At Pattani Opticians, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality eyewear and exceptional service. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Pattani Opticians, you agree to the terms below.

1. No-Refund Policy

Pattani Opticians follows a strict no-refund policy once a product has been delivered, except in cases where the cancellation is initiated by M&M International (Trading as Pattani Opticians) due to internal reasons (see Section 4).

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or preference after delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Sunglasses or frames can be exchanged within 7 to 10 working days from the day of delivery.
  • Condition of Products:

    Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Price Differences:

    If the replacement product is priced lower than the original purchase, no cash refund will be given. Instead, a credit note will be issued for the price difference.

    If the replacement product is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference.

  • No Suitable Product Chosen: If the customer does not choose a new product at the time of exchange, a credit note for the full invoice amount will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.

Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, as processing and shipping may have already begun.

4. Cancellation by Pattani Opticians

M&M International (Trading as Pattani Opticians) reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen internal reasons (e.g., inventory issues, quality control concerns, or payment verification failures).

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Credit Notes

Credit notes issued by M&M International (Trading as Pattani Opticians) do not have an expiry date and can be redeemed on any future purchase.

Credit notes are non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer.

6. Quality Check on Returns

All exchanged products or returns for credit notes are subject to a quality inspection by M&M International (Trading as Pattani Opticians) team.

Products failing the inspection will be returned to the customer at their own cost without exchange or credit issuance.
