At Pattani Opticians, we strive to provide our customers with quality eyewear and exceptional service. Please review our exchange and return terms carefully before making a purchase. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sunglasses and Frames Exchange

We are happy to offer an exchange facility on all Sunglasses and Frames within 7 to 10 working days from the date of delivery, provided that:

• The products are unused.
  
• The original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging are included.
  
• The reason for exchange is mentioned when returning the product.
  

Exchanges can be made by selecting another product on our website or by visiting any of our physical stores.

• If the replacement product is priced lower than the original purchase:
  
  
  The price difference will not be refunded in cash.
  
  
  A credit note will be issued for the difference amount.
  
  
  
• If the replacement product is priced higher:
  
  The customer must pay the difference.
  
  
  

2. Optical Lenses

• Custom-made optical lenses cannot be returned.
  
• However, if you wish to fit the same lenses into a different frame with the same prescription parameters, we will gladly assist you.
  

3. Contact Lenses

Contact lenses may be exchanged in case of a power change within 3 months of purchase, provided that:

• The box is unopened, untampered, and in its original condition.
• The original invoice is presented.
  

Note: Opened or tampered contact lens boxes cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

4. Spectacle Frames

Spectacle frames fitted with lenses cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Only unfitted frames (without lenses) are eligible for exchange within the applicable period.
  

5. Quality Check

All returns and store credits are subject to a detailed quality inspection by the team at M&M International (Trading as Pattani Opticians).

• Products failing the inspection will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
